Hakko FX-972 New Generation Dual Port Compact
Compact and high power station with space-saving design: With 200 W of power in a compact body, it performs a wide range of soldering works.
New Composite Tip (Patented): With improved sensor sensitivity and a design that smoothly transfers the heat from the heater to the tip, the tip temperature has become stable and it ensures better soldering.
Cycle Time Reduced by Approx 40%: It enables soldering in a shorter time and improves work efficiency.
High Visible Display: It shows information such as set temperature, tip's sensor temperature, and preset setting, clearly and widely. The viewing angle is wide, and the high-brightness display provides high visibility.
Multiple Connectivity: 8 different applications can be used without specifying the connecting port.
Priority channel: A built-in sensor detects the handpiece in use and automatically switches channels. The unused handpiece stands by at the set temperature.
Intuitive Operation: Various settings can be easily configured using four buttons.
Adjustable display angle for better visibility and operation: Tilt mechanism for easy viewing and operation of the screen display, depending on the installation location, eg. on or under the workbench or on the rack.
Tips for any soldering at various scenes: The well-selected line-up of soldering tips. Soldering that was previously impossible or time-consuming can be improved with the tips in new shapes.
Infrared Communication: Automatic calibration and correction can be completed by sending the measured temperature value of the thermometer (FG-100B/FG-101B), via infrared.
Software: By connecting the station to the PC, the tip set temperature, calibration/correction, and the temperature history of the tip during operation are recorded on the PC, enabling management with zero human error.
Auto-sleep / Auto-shutoff: The built-in sensor of the tip inside makes it possible to use auto-sleep and auto-shutoff functions without connecting the station and the iron holder, and it helps to lay out the station and iron holder freely in the working space.

Safe Tip Replacement: The newly designed iron holder allows easy and safe tip replacement with a tip removing attachment and tip insertion holder.
Self-standing iron holder without holder base: Soldering iron stays safe even without an iron holder base during maintenance.

SHIPPING
A delivery and handling charge applies to all orders with the exception of back-ordered items.
Unless otherwise required by Buyer, Seller will make transport arrangements as follows:
For deliveries within the metropolitan areas of mainland State capital cities a standard freight charge may be added to invoice; goods
For delivery outside those areas, seller will select the transport to be used and prepay freight for Buyer. Seller will then bill Buyer for freight at Seller's discretion.
Should the Buyer request goods be sent to a Post Office box the Buyer acknowledges this method is the only available and therefore the Seller is not liable for undelivered goods.
Free shipping on orders over $199 incl GST (valid for 1 delivery per order and excludes NT, WA & TAS). If only part of the order is in stock, the customer has the option of paying for a second delivery if they require a partial shipment prior to all goods becoming available. Mektronics Australia reserves the right to charge additional freight in the event of hazardous, bulky or heavy items ordered.
DELIVERY TIME
All quoted delivery or consignment dates are estimates only, given without engagement.
Delay in consignment of any part of an order shall not relieve Buyer of its obligation to accept and pay for the remainder of the order.
Except as provided in paragraph 1.2 of Terms & Conditions, seller will not be liable to pay damages or compensation for any injury or loss sustained by Buyer
a) in the event of a delay in consignment or delivery of goods: or
b) in the event of non delivery.
Goods offered ex-stock by Seller are subject to prior sale.
In the event of any happening beyond Seller's reasonable control in consequence of which Seller cannot effect consignment by the time or times quoted or specified, Seller shall be entitled to consign part only of an order, suspend consignment or extend the time for consignment, for the period during which such cause of delay operates, or may cancel the order, and in the event of such suspension, extension or cancellation, Seller shall not be liable for damages.
