High-performance 76.20 mm core label printing with 40-second part changeovers — no adjustments, test prints, or wasted labels. LabelSense(TM) Technology lets the i7500, i75-Series materials, and Brady software communicate automatically, setting all print and sensor parameters and printing correctly on the first label. i75-Series ribbons auto-center with the ink facing the right way, and the printer alerts you to ribbon material mismatches. Choose from 4,000+ smart-mode i75-Series parts, or run manual rolls where operators set print and sensor settings themselves. Brady WorkStation (included) auto-detects parts for driverless, 1-click setup, with a Windows driver available for non-Brady software. Print in 600 dpi for precise text and barcodes, with optional 300 or 600 dpi Brady printheads (firmware v2.0+ required). Standard units ship with a Tear Bar; optional Auto Cutter accessories can be user-installed with four screws.
