BenchVent Air Extraction Cabinet BV100H-D
This A1 hood mounted extraction cabinet captures, filters and expels within art, graphics, design technology areas to ensure that model makers, hobbyists, students or employees can operate in a safe working environment free of particulates.
The BV100H-D hood mounted extraction unit, like all BenchVent filtration and extraction systems carries a lifetime guarantee.
The unit has been designed to make sure it's quiet in operation and can be assembled in seconds. Simply place onto a desk, bench or trolley and then plug in and switch on to start extracting particulates from applications like glue overspray and aerosol adhesives.

How does it filter harmful substances and solvent?
The particulate (intake) filter is a three stage graduated fibre filter with a high 'dust' holding capacity for long life. Filtration to 5 micron particles. NB: Spray particulate sizes vary from 10 to 20 microns. The dual process of filtration and then extraction to atmosphere via our flexi-duct system, vastly reduces and/or eliminates operator exposures to potentially hazardous substances.

The BenchVent BV100H-D is ideal for applications that include filtration of aerosol adhesives (glue booth for spray mounts), aerosol lacquers and fixatives and airbrush sprays applied to artwork up to A1 size. A1 drawing boards can be placed into the hoods at an angle for efficient overspray capture. The workstation hood also accommodates prototypes, models, ceramic parts, PCB's etc, placed onto the hood base to be sprayed, soldered, cleaned, glued, moulded, sanded etc.
These cabinets are designed for studio / classroom / workshop cleanliness and for immediate operator protection whereby 'large' particulates (> 5 microns) are filtered out and 'fine' particulates (<5 microns) together with odours, gases, vapours and fumes within the hood enclosure are exhausted to atmosphere via the flexi-duct(s).

For artwork applications, standard A1 drawing boards can be placed within the hood enclosure. The boards fit at an angle for efficient overspray capture.

3D items, models, printed circuit boards etc. may be placed onto the hood base for spraying, cleaning, sanding, gluing etc. The Flexi-ducts can be fixed to a standard domestic vent(s) or simply placed through a partially open window to facilitate portability or convenience.

With the aid of a "Y" piece the 2 ducts can be placed through one hole in the wall.

SHIPPING
A delivery and handling charge applies to all orders with the exception of back-ordered items.
Unless otherwise required by Buyer, Seller will make transport arrangements as follows:
For deliveries within the metropolitan areas of mainland State capital cities a standard freight charge may be added to invoice; goods
For delivery outside those areas, seller will select the transport to be used and prepay freight for Buyer. Seller will then bill Buyer for freight at Seller's discretion.
Should the Buyer request goods be sent to a Post Office box the Buyer acknowledges this method is the only available and therefore the Seller is not liable for undelivered goods.
Free shipping on orders over $199 incl GST (valid for 1 delivery per order and excludes NT, WA & TAS). If only part of the order is in stock, the customer has the option of paying for a second delivery if they require a partial shipment prior to all goods becoming available. Mektronics Australia reserves the right to charge additional freight in the event of hazardous, bulky or heavy items ordered.
DELIVERY TIME
All quoted delivery or consignment dates are estimates only, given without engagement.
Delay in consignment of any part of an order shall not relieve Buyer of its obligation to accept and pay for the remainder of the order.
Except as provided in paragraph 1.2 of Terms & Conditions, seller will not be liable to pay damages or compensation for any injury or loss sustained by Buyer
a) in the event of a delay in consignment or delivery of goods: or
b) in the event of non delivery.
Goods offered ex-stock by Seller are subject to prior sale.
In the event of any happening beyond Seller's reasonable control in consequence of which Seller cannot effect consignment by the time or times quoted or specified, Seller shall be entitled to consign part only of an order, suspend consignment or extend the time for consignment, for the period during which such cause of delay operates, or may cancel the order, and in the event of such suspension, extension or cancellation, Seller shall not be liable for damages.
